Nature Nex Ltd is a pioneering environmental compliance and sustainability solutions company working with Kenya’s leading maize millers to transition to sustainable packaging and build Kenya’s first large-scale Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO).
Role Overview
Lead the Green Points Take-Back Scheme, manage compliance with NEMA and KEBS, and drive sustainability initiatives nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance (NEMA & KEBS)
- Establish and manage PRO operations
- Implement Green Points collection system
- Build partnerships with recyclers and stakeholders
- Manage reporting and financial flows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 7+ years experience in sustainability/compliance
- Strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge of EPR frameworks
KPIs
- Register PRO within 12 months
- Launch 3+ collection cities in Year 1
- Achieve 50% recycling rate by Year 2
